It's a westclox, will need a COA. It runs, gave it a wind and it kept time for a few hours. Like the hands, need to pop the back to see what movement is hiding back there.
Here are a few pics of the pocket watches it joins, all Elgins belonged to individuals on my wife's side of the family, by what I can find, they are all 1920/30's pieces.
