– a startup school for wristwatch brands

By Victor Marks, wristwatchreview.com

Something unusual is happening in the microbrand world. Chris “Doc” Vail is launching “Microbrand U”, a weekend course to help watch microbrand owners overcome hurdles and become more efficient in running their business. Doc likes to shake things up, so this fits our impression of him.

Doc is the guy who threatened to knock out Conj’s teeth.
After seeing the picture of him though, I think Conj could take him.
It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.

My plan is to get him laughing, then, when he's laughing pretty hard, I throat-punch him.

Never heard of the guy although I do like one of the NTH models. Is it just me or does anyone else question the motives of someone "helping" their competitors? It reminds me of the get rich quick gurus who offer seminars coming soon to an airport hotel near you. Where is the money-is it in helping others out of the kindness of your heart or lining up the levels in a Ponzi scheme.
