I have spoken with the owner of Borealis online. He is arrogant and unpleasant. Nope.

Not bad looking, I like the fumed blue dial. Don't know what a fumed blue dial is and suspect it's a typo or English as a second, third or fourth language thing. These will be all over WatchRecon soon after for an even better price.

In my opinion the way he has them listed as $225 with 50% down to pre-order is shady. The actual price is $450, not evident unless you read some.

Are they good looking and well regarded, yeah. But considering the owner, I wouldn’t take one as a gift.
