Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should

Post by biglove » Wed Dec 01, 2021 2:56 pm

I have absolutely had it with watch articles that blather on about 1,000 meter capable, 18mm thick hockey pucks as watches as “innovative, exclusive, blah, blah, blah.”

Who wears these shoulder dislocating monstrosities?

Oh, wait. This one is a “preferred position” “article.” Oh, a paid review.

The writer did ramble on without saying a whole lot about the watch itself. And no link or even a picture to this fabled Laventure he keeps going on about. Just as well, the Laventure looks like something Bazinga would photograph near or in some water.

Way too chunky of a watch for me. Don't like that magnifying glass thingie for the date; don't like those hands. Too much writing on the dial, too. Of all things to copy from Rolex.
