Bali Ha'i GMT

Post by kahuna74 » Fri Oct 10, 2014 8:13 am

I just bought this new from Chris. Should be to me in a few days so I will post more pictures once it shows up. I fell in love with their first project watch after seeing one that a member here owns. They don't come up for sale so I decided to give this one a chance. Comes with three bezels so I will wait and see which one I want to run with. Also comes with a bracelet, rubber, and a leather strap. SWISS ETA movement

I purchased this right off Bali Ha'i's web site. Can't wait.

So here it is. I have been wearing it all day, trying to find something to say that is negative. Guess what, I can't. I did some comparing with a few of my other watches. This one is better made than all of them. I had to take out two links from the bracelet. They are put together with screw. Good weight and the 44mm size is perfect. This is my first GMT. Its easy to set. First click sets date and GMT, second click adjusted the time. I still am on the hunt for the first project watch that Bali Ha'i made, but this one is a keeper and I am glad I made the purchase.

Nice. How thick? How's the lume?

Love the hand coloring!

15mm on the thickness.

Depending on the case shape that can be fine or too thick. I so hate not being able to try watches on before a purchase.

That's what she said!

I had one tell me one time that she was tight, and I said, no baby you are just full.
