My Seiko divers had a baby.

Well my new Seiko diver got back home. It seems like my Seiko's had an Orgy and gave birth to this beauty. It is a one of a kind turtle case watch. I had everything I like installed on this one. Sapphire bubble boy crystal, Sapphire bezel insert, Marinemaster dial, after market hands, Yobokies beads of rice bracelet, bezel is after market and better than the real thing, much tyter. She has been pressure tested to 150m and passed. the lum is awesome. I have owned about three turtle back models over the years (6309 7040). I sold two too koi, and really started missing having one in my line up, so I thought about getting another one. This one has everything I wanted in a turtle case. The bubble boy has a fish eye effect on the dial making it look bigger. The yobokeis beads of rice is so comfortable and looks perfect on this watch. I think I might have a keeper here. A few picks. I still have a few spar parts left, so maybe another build in the near future.

Some is yobokies work and some is done third person, so best way to answer that Allison is a few people. Crystal came from England, as did the Bezel. I like Harold a lot and if you send him the parts you want he will install them. A guy I use down south did the movement work and pressure test last. still another person machines the dial to fit. Somtimes no one place will do what you want done, the way you want it done. I am really thinking of doing another one with the scubapro dial and a flat sapphire crystal. I have a 0020 model that might fit the project. If I say it;s a go, the watch will head to Harold first.

Scubapro, yes!
I have a watch I was asking people for quotes on, but I guess what I want done, can't be done. I don't understand why, so I have been toying with trying to do it myself.
It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.
