Not sure about this, but I got it anyway.
At 35mm. Patterned dial, the size, the movement, the gimmick of no crown got me.
Hardwood of today has nothing to do with Harwood of yesteryear, but that doesn’t stop them from claiming they are. At $444.11, I took a chance. This is the cheapest anyone has seen them go for, the used ones go for around a thousand. I’m reading where it has something to do with Fortis and Ball. Not a bad price for a 2892 movement. I can always trade it if I don’t like it.
Now I wait because I chose free ground shipping.
