To Our Valued Customers:
As some of you may have noticed, we have taken down the Sea Shark page on our website. We were recently notified that we may be in violation of a federally registered trademark through the use of the name Sea Shark. Being the small company that we are, and having no interest in incurring a large expense that we may have to pass along to our loyal and valued customers, we have elected to not pursue the matter further and have decided to change the name of the Sea Shark to the Sea Diver. When we have a full restock in April it will be under this new moniker. Rest assured that no other changes are occurring with, what we know, is one of our most loved timepieces, all that will be different is the name. Stay tuned in the coming months for the launch of the new Sea Diver page.
An enormous thank you for all the support over the years and to all who have purchased and enjoyed the Sea Shark during its first era. We look forward to continuing to bring you high quality watches with great value and we hope you will all welcome the new era of the Sea Diver!
