Sadly, I just found out the owner and designer of the company passed away in March. As best I can tell from the broken English translation is that the future of the company is in limbo, but Jorg Shauer is trying to help out.

A shame. This is a less well known German brand with interesting designs and typical German top quality fit and finish. I owned a Spirit of Moon several years ago and it was a damn sharp watch.

Agreed...very nice fit/finish, lots of design imagination ...did they ever managed their own in-house movement?
