Never warmed up to Tutima, but I'm not a big fan of aviators type watches in general. Spoke with an AD once who said they practically can't give them away.

I guess the same happened to me with Panerai...yet I do like Tutima, well made , like the looks.

If the bezel is uniform in design, why is there a red line on the top? Takes away from the design. Other than that, not bad. From the Tutima website:

Automatic ETA Caliber 2892-A2/Tutima. 28 jewels. Power reserve display. Large date. Sweep seconds. Applied numerals. Satin-finished stainless steel case. Screw-in crown. Water-resistant to 10 bar. Bidirectionally rotating bezel with red reference marker. Domed sapphire crystal, anti-reflective on the inside. Sapphire crystal case back. Alligator skin strap. SuperLumiNova luminous compound.

Thanks for the info. I am sure it has some practical purpose like flight start time or estimated flight time, but just not digging it myself. Thanks though. BTW andrema, you have some bitchin' watches, my friend. Nice collection from what you have shown.
