They have MSRPS more than a grand for some of those slapped-together Chinese baubles.

I can only assume there are still just enough surviving WGs out there keeping that brand afloat. I can't imagine them gaining any new fans by offering watches the quality of Chinese eBay brands Winner and Jaragar - I've seen this stuff up close, and I'm telling you, the Ali Baba stuff might actually be better quality.
