Where are all the Deep Blues hiding?

Post by GeorgeH » Wed May 08, 2019 5:56 pm

Notice there are zero posts on this sub forum so here goes. I have owned 10 Deep Blues since 2007. I have flipped 8 so have 2 left in my collection. Very nice watches...I don't have any complaints. Very good customer service...I ordered a watch with a black nato with a white stripe and they sent a solid black. I called up and they sent the correct strap and I got to keep the black one. I don't dive or even get my watches wet, so I can't comment on the WR claims. MRSPs are sort of high, but I was able to get 40% off with a code on most if not all of the watches.

1)Daynight MIL-T-100 Blue dial - Seiko NH35 auto - 44mm - sapphire -500m - Flat tritium tubes - $259
2)Master 1000 Black dial - Seiko NH35 auto - 44mm - sapphire -1000m - Superluminova - helium release - $159

I wore this in the Army. It took a lot of beatings and punishment, but held up well. My brother has it now. I love the blue dial on this, I keep searching for a watch in this color in a smaller size, but haven’t found one yet. I have it in yellow too.

These first 1000m’s couldn’t be beat.

I also have this one, when Stan made this one smaller than the first one, I had to have it. It seems too bulky now though.

I have owned 9 but now down to 3.
Even these may go at some point in my grand consolidation.
I think the bloom is off the DB rose for me.
But they still catch my eye on occasion.
