With the two chrono and single field exceptions, looks like they dismiss everything but divers. Of everything Seiko makes and has made, 70% of their “Top 10” are divers. That’s narrow minded and some typical Hodinke BS.

I am just going to go ahead and say it. The SKX is the single most overrated watch in the hobby.

Agree...I seldom wear mine.... I've attempted to regulate it 3 times and it still runs either too fast or too slow. My most inaccurate watch and I'm not a stickler for accuracy

I can't agree more. I have stated a similar sentiments with other watch buyers on forums, but usually only in the PM functions because I know I'd get pebbles thrown at my head for daring to express such heresy.

True: I was like a fly on the wall at Kenjo in NYC weeks before it closed; they were discounting stuff left and right. I could have picked up an SKX for something like 60 percent of list and I still passed. The best and most fair thing I can say about the SKX series is that, hey, I guess the gaskets work.

To be fair, the article lists their "favorites" and says nothing about best or finest or whatnot. Methinks they needed content.

The SKX007 was the best budget dive watch ever made. You guys are a bunch of knuckleheads.
The Citizen NY0040 series is SO much better for a lower price.

disagree... Is this modern or of all time?
I think even if you asked the Donkeys, they’d have a hard time answering you. It’s most unlikely that they know that themselves.
