The CGA Company has been in business in some form or another since 1995. Originally we sold custom gun accessories at gun shows which is where our name comes from. After a few years we switched to selling antique firearms. In about 1999 we started selling books and custom knives. We started selling books and other items online in about 2002.

In about 2005 we started selling wrist watches. We switched to selling online only in 2013. We now offer the Lum-Tec brand of wristwatches as well as our own Minuteman brand of watches. We created our Minuteman brand in 2012 and started pre selling those in 2013.

Minuteman watch company is a division of The CGA Company. Minuteman brand watches are carefully assembled by hand in the United States of America. We launched our Minuteman watches brand in 2012 for 3 key reasons.
To raise funds for charities that assist Veterans and their families. To provide work for Americans.
To provide a quality product that will stand the test of time. For 2019 we are raising funds for charity Homes For Our Troops.
