Exactly. I can build another sub-forum if everyone feels it is needed, or just delete the "new" from the show off your new watch sub forum. . Currently our traffic and content is reasonably organized IMO.

My 'two cents,' FWIW: I would keep the 'your new watch' section in place and just add a new sub-forum. There is always genuine excitement associated with getting a new (or 'new to you') watch, and being able to have a sub-forum in which to express all the unique things associated with a new acquisition keeps it fresh. A 'tell us about your collection' sub-forum, on the other hand, would be an opportunity to highlight items in our collections that we've had for a longer period of time, even a few (or more) years, and are still proud of, or enamored with, etc; basically, a whole different set of 'metrics' than those associated with a new purchase.

Jeebus...I hope that makes sense, Neds... :bom:

There are already appropriate sub forums. Swiss, German, Asian, etc. Too many sub forums = too much clutter. JMO

I agree with this, but I think it would be great if someone did stumble on the site, to check out a potentially very useful subforum.

BTW, I just threw one up on the Swiss Watches. Let me know if it is useful or needs more info.

That's what I meant, I would just edit the forum headline.
