You might try Sophon on eBay. He sells a lot of old Seiko, etc, watches, and at the very least would be a good place to start looking...best of luck in your search, and welcome to WF...

I'm pretty sure he isn't, but he does have a pretty good reputation amongst the membership here. You might try the "Contact Member" feature on eBay; he's very good about answering questions.
