I miss massdrop when they did a bit of everything. I enojyed the community dissing every swingle watch they dropped. Apart from the glycines - everyone loved the glycines.

these straps are not my cupy of tea personally the subby bits will get caught on stuff and pull out

They are still holding up well, I have them on some pilot watches, one vintage and one newer style. No problem with the protruding lock catching on anything. No issues with them coming apart or anything like that.

That's cool mate, they are definately unusual, I've never seen this style of strap before.

Man I really miss the watch community on massdrop. It's a shame that they shut it down and just focus on keycaps and audio stuff. I have worn leather nato straps before. I have bought a few from here: https://www.natostrap.uk/product-catego ... her-natos/, those are the more traditional nato style. They foldover on nato leather is a bit of a ball ache compared to the redux watch strap.

What was the original price on these?

I want to say the price was around 30-50. I can’t remember for sure, but I know how cheap I am and I know I wouldn’t spend a lot.

For some reason, I don’t usually like the pass through, these were unique enough for me to get a couple.

I grabbed some of these off Aliexpress though and love them.

Aliexpress can be hit or miss, but WUS has a couple Aliexpress forums where people talk about the quality of watches and straps they get. It helps to avoid the bad stuff. Not always, but more often than not.

That leather strap is nice. I like the vintage/worn look on leather.

Pass through nato style leathers are good for watches like my tudor black bay 41 where the space from the case to the spring bar is massive. the pass through covers the gap quite well.
