Hello from Louisiana...
Hey guys. Glad to be invited and to see so many familiar faces.
Looks like tons of info to start perusing here.
For those who I may have gotten off to a bad start with at WL, let me reintroduce myself, please.
Am 45, married with three grown kids and three dogs. Wife and I are both RNs.
Loved watches as a kid, and really got into them after graduating college back in 1990. Some poor financial choices at that time put the kibosh on the hobby. Wore essentially disposable watches for years then for 12 or so years I wore one watch, a Titanium Luminox, that served me well.
Starting in 2013, with our youngest aged 20, I have had the disposable income to get back into the hobby.
Was on a rambling path when I stumbled across WL. Since then I have gained a great deal of insight into how I want to shape my collection, thanks to the guidance freely offered there.
I have very little knowledge vs most of the guys here but I remain eager to learn.
I look forward to continued friendships, maybe mending some fences and new friendships.
