This seems to be something of a trend these days, IMHO; WoW in particular likes to keep their movement pedigrees somewhat obscured in their item descriptions. The movement in the above photo is very remeniscent of the Jacot watch brand and their rotor/movement decorations from right around the 2008 timeframe, but looks don't really mean much...

At the price, it's got to be a Chinese movement--possibly Sea-gull, although I'm certainly not expert.
