WBOTD 8/27/12 The Chinese Timekeeper (CTK)

Post by Ocean » Mon Aug 27, 2012 2:29 am

Think when WBOTD first started I was asked if we only focus on cheap Chinese watches, In my answer I say no doesn't mean from time to time I won't throw a Chinese watch in to stir the pot. This Company makes no bone about where they come from or what they are. Are they cheap? No starting price is around 1900 Euro. Are they limited editions? Yes most only are limited to 38. Is this a new brand? Yes started in 2011

I have no problem with WHERE a watch is made, as long as it's made with semblance of quality. I have a chinese tourbillon that has the smoothest running movement I own, but the same country pumps out those $5 ebay specials. It all depends on who's making the watch.
